Why is there no public newsgroup specific to WLMD? They do realize this ISN'T it, right?
By far, this is the buggiest piece of beta I've ever seen? Are we sure it's not an alpha release?! It's a great concept. But can someone explain why anyone would put themselves through this beta torture knowing there is no one to provide feed back to?
It's almost like the team behind it doesn't want to even hear from the public beta participants. They are probably too busy trying to sift through the load of feedback from their Connect participants. No doubt it is considerable. I look forward to trying it again... but not right now. OUCH!

Dave It is indeed buggy. As for the lack of a dedicated newsgroup, although it makes
us a little crazy, the main reasons, as I understand it, are that WLMD will see a name change before release and the same team is working on Vista Mail and WLMD. When WLMD gets out the door in release form, I suspect we'll see a dedicated newsgroup for it. -steve -- Stephen Boots MVP Windows Live Windows Live OneCare Forum Moderator sboots@mvps.org
Yeah, that's their excuse, but it sucks.
